About the role
The Urgent Care Clinic (UCC) is co-located within the Royal Children's Hospital Emergency Department (RCH ED) and provides care for urgent but non-life-threatening conditions.
This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the UCC to ensure high-quality, compliant and efficient patient care providing high level support to GPs, nurses and administrative staff.

Your duties include:
- Oversee all operational site management, including through effective liaison with relevant RCH staff
- Oversee and manage the workforce requirements for the clinic including recruitment, rostering, performance management, employee engagement and wellbeing
- Provide administrative, reception and client services support where required
- Monitor staff compliance with policies, procedures and programs

Our ideal candidate:
- Tertiary Qualification in a health-related discipline or management or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated experience in a role with similar responsibilities
- Ability to ensure the delivery of high-quality services and service improvement
- Strong belief and personal alignment in cohealth Values and Mission
